I was thinking today and if anyone wants to join me on my little no spend journey you totally should! You could kind of figure out how to make it work for you and then post on your blog about it,, or just keep us informed and updated in my comments section. I think it would be fun, and knowing I'm not going at it alone would be kinda neat too.
I am considering today the first day of my challenge, and since I have no cash I shouldn't be spending any money until Friday when I get paid. I let Bennie in on our little fun experiment and he of course has his doubts and says its not possible. All the more reason for me to make it work right. I also told the kids so they could be on board to.
My first big challenge is that I am out of coffee right now,,, I have instant but not regular :( I need my coffee in the morning,, but I am gonna be strong and just drink the instant until Friday, then I will buy the real stuff.

I would love to join you! My deal is a little different at the time with the wedding and baby and then wanting to get the rest of the dr. bills paid off (we are so close!) So basically the extra money in my budget is going for that this summer but i have been buckling down as far as foolish spending and asking myself before i buy, "do i really need that?" and 9 times out of 10 i put it back so i guess it is working! Anyway, I will see what i can do and let you know! Hopefully after the baby comes we can start building up the savings cause i already have my budget set for diapers, etc... I love challenges!
I'm on board with this challenge because I spend too much money at Walmart! I have one more shopping trip before I start because you caught me "off guard". After this trip I'm going extra frugal and making the pennies go farther!
I don't go shopping during the week but my two week shopping trip is too high.
I'm whittled down my shopping list and changing the menu. Now if only I can stay away from Amazon! :D
