I made the poor man's dinner I told you about on the menu plan,,, it was pretty good. The kids liked it,, accept Gary has never been in love with potatoes, so it wasn't his favorite thing ever. It was defiantly something easy to throw together with things that you normally have on hand.
I went to the dentist today.... AGAIN.... I cant wait til this whole root canal process is over! I'm pretty sore today!
I've been very unmotivated this week for some reason. Hopefully the energy bug will hit me soon...

Nope not at all,,, Gary didnt eat all the potatoes but everyone liked it.... !!!!
I fixed this and my kids didn't like it but my hubby did. I wasn't very fond of the sauce being in it. I would fix it again if it was left out. :)

I didnt put the sauce in it. But we did put ketchup on it once it was on our plates.
